Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026
This policy explains what ExeTup stores about you, why, and what you can do about it.
What we store
- Your account: your name, your email address and a hashed password. We never see your password in the clear.
- Your installers: the files you upload, the settings you enter in the installer flow (app name, version, publisher, licence text, options) and the installers we build from them.
- Build records: when a build started and finished, whether it succeeded, its size and checksum, and the compiler log, so we can help if something goes wrong.
- Payments: whether a build was paid and the amount. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your card number.
- Technical logs: the IP address and browser of your sessions, kept to keep accounts secure.
How we use it
Only to run the service: building your installers, processing your payments, sending you the emails you asked for (password resets and build notifications) and keeping accounts secure. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
Service providers
- Cloudflare R2 stores your uploads and your installers.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Resend delivers transactional email, when the administrator has turned email on.
- PostHog collects product analytics, when the administrator has turned analytics on. Nothing is loaded in your browser while it is off.
Your choices
- Deleting an installer removes its files and every installer built from it.
- You can delete your account yourself from Account → Danger zone. This removes your account, every installer, every build and all uploaded files, permanently.
- Questions about your data: [email protected].
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date above and say so in the product.
