By using ExeTup you agree to these terms.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload. You must own it or have permission to distribute it, and you are responsible for the installers you create and share. ExeTup installs your files exactly as uploaded and does not inspect what they do.

Acceptable use

You must not use ExeTup to package or distribute malware, spyware, unwanted software or anything that infringes others' rights or misleads people about what it does. We may remove installers and close accounts that break this rule, without refund.

Payments

New accounts include a number of free builds. After that, each build is a one-time payment through Stripe, at the price shown before you start it. If a build fails, its credit is returned and you can run it again at no charge. There is no subscription.

The service

ExeTup is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and to keep your files safe, but we don't guarantee that a build will succeed for every app, or that the service is available at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Danger zone; this removes your installers, builds and uploaded files permanently.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we update the date above and say so in the product. Continuing to use ExeTup after that means you accept the new terms.
